1. Intellectual property

Scenario text, visuals generated for BlueTrace Forge, and curated exercise structure are protected by copyright and related rights. Customers receive usage rights described in their invoices. You may not resell scenario packs without permission, reproduce lengthy excerpts publicly without attribution where required, or remove proprietary notices. Open-source components, when used, retain their respective licenses and are listed in build metadata available to enterprise engineering contacts upon request.

2. Termination

Either party may terminate paid engagements according to the contract’s termination article. For informal use of this website, we may suspend access if abuse is detected, such as attempts to compromise forms or scrape assets aggressively. Termination does not erase obligations accrued before the effective date, including payment for delivered work. Certain confidentiality and liability limitations survive termination as stated herein or in bespoke agreements.

3. Service description

BlueTrace Forge provides SOC analyst simulation training materials, facilitation guidance, and related professional services. Deliverables may include static downloads, live workshops, and readiness reporting. We do not provide emergency incident response retainers through this marketing site. 4. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, aggregate liability arising from informal website use is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding a claim or zero if no payment occurred.
