1. Timeframe

This document is provided in a formal register. It describes operational practices for the CertHarbor One learning environment operated for audiences in the Republic of Korea and international visitors accessing the same materials. It is not tailored legal advice.

Individual subscriptions may be canceled for a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the initial purchase provided you have not consumed more than twenty percent of released lesson minutes or practice exam attempts associated with that purchase, whichever threshold we reasonably determine indicates meaningful use. Renewals are treated as new purchases for this cooling-off calculation where Korean consumer rules apply.

2. Process

Email academy@boxvault.one with the account email, order reference, and reason for the request. We confirm eligibility within five business days and issue approved refunds to the original payment method when technically possible. If the processor cannot return funds to the original instrument, we will propose an alternative supported by our billing partner.

3. Contact

Refund questions should be directed to academy@boxvault.one. Postal correspondence may be sent to 12 Teheran-ro 26-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea. Please avoid including full payment card numbers in email; four digits are sufficient for lookup.

4. Exceptions

No refund is available for accounts terminated for violations of the Terms, for enterprise agreements governed by a separate statement of work, or for add-on clinic seats once the clinic date has passed. Promotional bundles are refunded as a package; partial refunds inside a bundle are not offered unless required by law.

5. Eligibility

Eligibility depends on purchase channel. Self-serve card purchases follow the cooling-off rule above. Invoices paid by wire may require accounts-receivable confirmation with your organization’s billing contact. Educational resellers must route requests through the reseller when that channel was used to pay.

6. Scope

This policy covers subscription fees for digital access. It does not cover third-party exam vouchers sold separately, travel, or hardware. If a statutory right in your jurisdiction grants a longer or unconditional period, that right prevails over conflicting text here to the extent required.
