You may stop renewing at any time; access continues until the paid period ends. We may suspend or terminate accounts for repeated violations, abusive conduct toward staff or learners, or attempts to compromise platform integrity. Upon termination for cause, fees already paid may be non-refundable as described in the Refund & Cancellation policy. You may export permitted notes before access ends when tooling allows.
